IPMC 108.1.4
Based on my research and study of your photo attachments is my determination that this accessory structure is
Unlawful as stated and because of this Unfit for human occupancy as outlined in IPMC section 108.1.3
Thank you for the opportunity to provide assistance in this matter.
Regards
Ted M. de Budden
OrI77 Chief Inspector
Public Works
(425) 257-7271
tbudden@everettwa.gov
3200 Cedar St. Everett WA. 98201
www.everettwa.gov
91
NOTICE: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure
pursuant to the Public Records Act.
From: Edward Golden <EGolden@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2018 5:42 AM
To: Ted de Budden <TBudden@everettwa.gov>
Subject: CE18-1244 4010 Federal Avenue 98201 ?
Hi Ted,
Please view the email attachments.
4010 Federal Avenue 98201-4845 has a property alley west detached accessory structure which is currently being
occupied as residential living space with a bed for sleeping purposes with a half bathroom.
11
