You have dropped off what looks like a submittal for 2802 Hoyt. What is routed for review
is 2808 Hoyt which is on the transmittal sheet but not on the application. The site plan looks to be for 2808 Hoyt as
well. What are you intending to submit and are you adding valuation and different scope to 2808 Hoyt if this is what this
is intended for?
Please call 425-257-8921 if you have questions.
Thank you,
_ Cindy Bergsma
Permit Technician I Permit Services
425.257-8810 13200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT Hours: M/W/Th/F: 7:30am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-3:00pm; Tu: 1:00pm-3:00pm
everettwa.gov I Facebook ( Twitter
COVID-19 Update: Please reference our website & online resources for updates to our service during the
COVID-19 pandemic. Tony may know more about the scope of work; he was in communication with someone involved a couple months
ago.
There should be a new site plan though showing the subject property as one lot not two separate adjacent lots. Planning
views these lots as already merged by construction based on the survey provided showing the building over the lot line.
If this is a new permit application, you can include me as the Planning reviewer.
