To resolve these property violations the following corrective actions are required: <br />A City of Everett, Public Works Department, Building Department permits are required to repair <br />the north side of the property structure possessing a compromised, deteriorated, exterior <br />balcony area of apartment 301 which is poorly secured egress from the property building <br />structure, exhibiting the absence of guardrails, which is structurally dangerous and unsafe <br />condition. <br />Apply and obtain the City of Everett, Public Works Department/Building Department permits <br />required to repair the property conditions into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code and <br />International Property Maintenance Code. <br />2. Complete the repair work required by City of Everett.
