Working out concerns the planning department has, my goal is to get approval <br />for 2 bedrooms & a bathroom downstairs even though we'll be an inch or two shy of the required 7'. <br />The rest of the proposed remodel would address all the safety violations the department found in additions to ones I found inspecting the house <br />Let me know if you have questions or need anything from me. <br />
