A new stair <br />will be constructed with corresponding handrail to meet current code. The owner is also installing a new bathroom <br />in the basement floor by constructing non -bearing partition walls and a furred plumbing wall against the existing <br />concrete basement wall. New toilet, sink and tub will be installed. New exhaust fan to be installed in new bathroom. <br />The house will also be upgraded to include smoke alarms in the main and upper floor.
