Caliber Security Partners will conduct testing to assess the level of <br /> susceptibility to targeted spear phishing attacks. <br /> Activities: <br /> • Custom spear phishing campaigns will be designed and <br /> delivered individually. Following the spear phishing <br /> exercise. <br /> The following metrics will be collected: <br /> o Which users opened emails and which clicked on <br /> links <br /> Spear Phishing Testing o Which users provided sensitive information via $5,400.00 <br /> online form (annually) <br /> • Caliber Security Partners will determine what additional <br /> access may be gained using the information gained from <br /> the phishing campaign. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Assessment report containing detailed results and <br /> recommendations. <br /> Caliber Security Partners will conduct training via a web-based <br /> platform to train the City of Everett's IT Department. Each annual <br /> session lasts approximately four(4) hours and is recorded for future <br /> use by the city. <br /> Activities: <br /> Specific annual training will be determined by the City of Everett's <br /> security and IT leadership in conjunction with Caliber Security <br /> Partners. Doing so will provide training on current and relevant <br /> needs. <br /> Cyber Security Training Training may include, but not limited to: <br /> $1,600.00 <br /> • Social Engineering best practices(using real world data <br /> discovered within a social engineering exercise) (annually) <br /> • Securing the network from internal threats <br /> • Understanding the mindset of a hacker(using real world <br /> data discovered within penetration testing) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Recording of each session delivered for future use by the <br /> city. <br /> Page 17 <br /> (Form Approved by City Attorney's Office November 1, 2009) <br />
