Exhibit "A" Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, Payment, Notices, and Representatives I. Scope of Service A. Activities/Project Description The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Rental Assistance and Hotel Vouchers program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community Development Block Grant Program: Program Delivery Activity: The Rental Assistance and Hotel Vouchers will serve around 50 Person by providing motel and rental assistance. General Administration [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] This funding will help families who are low or moderate incomen and impacted by COVID to stay in their homes in Everett, or help with relocation by using the funds for motel vouchers. B. National Objectives The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the 2020 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. Appropriate Subcategory and Matrix Code under the National Objective: Limited Clientele; 05Z, Other Public Services Not Listed in 03T and 05A-05Y 24 CFR 570.201(e) or 42 USC 5305(a)(8) + 24 CFR 570.482(c)(2) Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: Historically low/moderate income persons represent 80% of our clients.
