My covered"auto"you lease, hire, rent or borrow,and <br /> 2 My covered "auto" hired or rented by your "employee" under a contract in an "employee's" <br /> name, with your permission, while performing duties related to the conduct of your <br /> business. <br /> However, any"auto"that is leased, hired, rented or borrowed with a driver is not a covered"auto". <br /> 11. BODILY INJURY EXTENSION <br /> SECTION V-DEFINITIONS , Paragraph C. is deleted and replaced by the following: <br /> C. "Bodily injury' means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, induding mental <br /> anguish or death resulting from any of these, at any time.
