One of the conditions for the building permit was that stormwater from above would <br /> be required to be safely discharged to the base of the bluff,which happens to be on BNSF land. Our <br /> site plan is attached and we've relied on the BNSF standard details to gain local approval. <br /> I have looked into the BNSF permit requirements to request approval for the proposed design and I <br /> believe that we are required to fill out and submit the attached application. I was hoping to confirm that <br /> this is the right application because it seems to only address culverts and I'm not sure whether the <br /> work we are proposing qualifies as a culvert. <br /> If you could confirm that this is the correct application and whether or not we're on the right track I <br /> would greatly appreciate it.
