It is not warranted that these conditions are representative of conditions <br /> at other locations and times. The analyses, conclusions, and recommendations <br /> contained in this report are based on site conditions to the limited depth and time of <br /> our explorations, a geological reconnaissance of the area, and a review of previously <br /> published USGS geological information for the site. If variations in subsurface <br /> conditions are encountered during construction that differs from those contained <br /> within this report, GeoTest should be allowed to review the recommendations and, if <br /> necessary, make revisions. If there is a substantial lapse of time between submission <br /> of this report and the start of construction,or if conditions change due to construction <br /> operations at or adjacent to the project site,we recommend that we review this report <br /> to determine the applicability of the conclusions and recommendations contained <br /> herein. <br /> The earthwork contractor is responsible to perform all work in conformance with all <br /> applicable WISHA/OSHA regulations.
