However, I will need Michael to confirm that
something wasn't missed and get his official buy-off. I'll have him review his email response compared to the redlines to
see what he has to say and I'll forward his response to you. He is currently marked as out of the office but I do not know
if he is out for the day or just in the field at the moment. I will continue to try to track him down this afternoon until
have a response for you.
,,- CELEBRATING
125 Thanks,
NOW YEARS
A story worth telling
Sabrina Fandler, P.E.
Associate Engineer I Permit Services
425.257.7813 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett,WA 98201
Hours: Monday—Friday 7:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
From: Matt Hough <Matt@cphconsultants.com>
Sent: Monday,August 27, 2018 8:21 AM
To:Sabrina Fandler<SFandler@everettwa.gov>
Cc:Colton Darden <colton@cphconsultants.com>; Peter Evans<Peter@ycphconsultants.com>;Jamie Schroeder
<Jamie@cphconsultants.com>
Subject: RE:WFP Apartments- Redline Questions
Good morning.
We are picking up where Ryan left off on the Waterfront Place Apartments project and are working toward a re-
submittal this week of what I hope will be the final Public Works Permit package for approval. There were a few of your
initial comments regarding the parking lot configuration that Ryan had emailed you about back in April, but I don't see
as we ever received a response back(see email below). I concur with the summary Ryan provided in his email on how
our team relied upon Michael Brick's review and approval of the current configuration, and how the configuration and
dimensions of the parking is necessary to achieve the required parking numbers, landscape buffers, and other
pedestrian facilities.
Would you please confirm that the parking aisle, accessible stall depths, and location of compact stalls are acceptable as
previously shown and approved by Mr. Brick(see attached)? The project is planning to go to construction mid-to late-
fall (by November). So, I hope you will be able to assist with a prompt response to this email and the review of the re-
submittal once it comes in this week. I promise to do my part to give you a complete and clean set of drawings and a
detailed response letter to make your efforts as easy as possible.
Thanks, and hope all is well (it's been a while since we last spoke).
MATT HOUGH,PE
CPI H CONSULTANTS
