Date: November 9, 2020 <br /> Subject: Application for Demolition Permit (for permit # C2008-004) <br /> Address: 11921 Silver Lake Drive <br /> To: Residential Construction Permitting <br /> In discussions with my contractor, he has recommended that we obtain a <br /> demolition permit. The rationale for this is as follows: <br /> • Per the drawing that were submitted, there would only be about 62 lineal <br /> feet of exterior wall remaining of the original structure. In addition the <br /> entire roof will be removed and rebuilt. <br /> • Of the 62 feet of remaining wall, only 8 feet would remain undisturbed. <br /> The remaining 54 feet would need to be completely modified due to the <br /> placement of new windows and doors vs. existing openings. <br /> I would like the opportunity to demo the 62 feet discussed above.
