Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> ARCHITECTURAL <br /> 1. Sheets 4,4A, and 10A indicate a "Code-compliant railing system TBD." This <br /> does not provide enough information to construct the railing system per IRC <br /> 106.1.1. Please provide additional information such that guards and railing <br /> system can be constructed per IRC R312, R311.7.8. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC),2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code(WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more <br /> restrictive. <br /> PERMIT SERVICES <br /> These comments address building issues only.Additional revisions or additions <br /> a, 3200 Cedar Street may be required by other departments (such as Utilities,Traffic, Planning or <br /> Everett,WA 98201 Fire).
