This <br /> does not provide enough information to construct the railing system per IRC <br /> 106.1.1. Please provide additional information such that guards and railing <br /> system can be constructed per IRC R312, R311.7.8. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC),2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code(WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett.
