Their findings <br /> indicate that in�talling a backwater vaive on your property would be beneficial. Please review <br /> the enclosed report. <br /> Previously, you signed the Backwater Valve Authorization Form authorizing the Gty to install <br /> a backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspection report, we are proceeding wi��h <br /> the installation. The Cit�s contractor, Welwest Construction, will be contac[ing you in <br /> February to schedule the work. This will require some excavatio� on your property. <br /> The Ciry will provide you on-site training on the operation and maintenance oF the backwater <br /> valve. Maintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your property are <br /> your responsibiliry.
