Their findings indicate that replacing the existing backwater valve on your property would be benefi�ial. Please review the enclosed report. Previously, you signed the Backwater Valve Authorization Form authorizing the City to i�stall a backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspection report; we are proceeding with the installaGon.The City's contractor, Welwest Cons[ruction, will be contacting you in February to schedule the work.This will require some excavation on your property. The City will provide you on-site training on the operation and maintenance of the backwater valve. Maintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, anci drainage on your property are your responsibiliry.The inspection identified additional site dreinage and plumbing deficiencies in your private drainage and plumbing system.
