' <br /> I <br /> Previously, you signed the Backwater Valve Authorization Form authorizing the City to install i <br /> a backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspection report, we are proceeding with <br /> the installation.The City's contrador Archer Construction, will be contactina vou in � <br /> March to schedule the work. This will require some excavation on your property. � <br /> I <br /> The City will provide you on-site treining on the operaUon and main[enance of the backwater 1 <br /> valve. Maintenance of the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and dreinage on your property are 1 <br /> your responsibility. The inspection identified additional site drainage and plumbing � <br /> deficiencies in your private drainage and plumbing system. These include: j <br /> ! <br /> . The side sewer has a belly in the line and should be relined or replaced j <br /> • The potential future addition to the south o(lhe house may need a backwater valve j <br /> installed at the time that a side sewer is connected to prevent surcharges � <br /> � <br /> These deficiencies are your responsibility to address, as you desire.
