Section 303(d) of the 1991 Uniform Building <br />Code provides that permits expire by limitation and become null and void if work authorized <br />by the permit is suspended or does not commence for a period of 180 days. <br />If you wish to commence work, you may obtain your permit for a fee of $65.00 which will <br />extend the permit for an additional 180 days or by submitting a written request to this <br />office. If the work has begun and you have neglected to pick up your permit, please take <br />this opportunity to do so. If you choose not to proceed with this project but wish to have <br />your plans, they may be picked up at this office.
