EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7762 <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring 1,360 feet of 12-inch SDR9 Ductile iron pipe Size HDPE surplus and <br /> authorizing its sale to the Port of Everett, <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> 1. The City has 1,360 feet of 12-inch SDR9 Ductile iron pipe Size HDPE; and <br /> 2. The above-referenced pipe is not needed by the City; and <br /> 3. Chapter 3.88 of the Everett Municipal Code establishes the procedure and methods for <br /> surplus and disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> 4. Based on EMC 3.88.020, a cooperative intergovernmental sale to the Port of Everett is <br /> the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> 5. The City's Procurement Manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the surplus <br /> property and has recommended to surplus the above-referenced pipe and sell it to the Port of <br /> Everett. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: <br /> 1. The City has 1,360 feet of 12-inch SDR9 Ductile iron pipe Size HDPE. <br /> 2. This pipe is surplus property. <br /> 3.
