March 9, 2022 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no updates. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no updates. He requested a 10-minute Executive <br /> Session to discuss a litigation matter, pursuant RCW 42.30.110(i) with Council <br /> action to follow. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Deb Williams stated the Council received no written comments, and there were <br /> no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7751 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of $1,986,646.71 for the period of February 19, 2022 through <br /> February 25, 2022. <br /> AGREEMENT—4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS SHOW FOR 2022 <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Western Display Fireworks, <br /> LTD for the 4th of July Fireworks Show in the amount of$75,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2 <br />
