Information on past bid tabulations may be requested through the I <br /> City of Everett's Public Records Request Center. <br /> Q2 - Will the deadline for questions be extended since the bid date has been I <br /> extended? Section 00 2113 states "All requests for interpretations must <br /> be in writing and received by the City no later than 7 calendar days prior <br /> to the bid opening date." As the bid opening date was changed in I <br /> Addendum 1, the last date to receive questions also changes. <br /> Q3 - General Conditions 15 — Liability and Insurance, clause 15.3.14.2 it is asking I <br /> the Contractor to purchase and maintain builder risk or installation floater <br /> insurance. As there is no design or physical asset construction component <br /> for the work within this bid that will have any insurable value, we would I <br /> request the City remove this requirement from the specifications.
