City of Everett 01 3300 - 2 <br /> 2022 Biosolids Removal and Disposal UT 3752- 30 <br /> B. Resubmittal's shall be numbered with the same number as the original submittal <br /> followed by a sub nomenclature such as -A, -B, -C, or .01, .02, .03, for example: I <br /> Original Submittal — 01 5000 <br /> Resubmittal 1 — 01 5000.01 ' <br /> Resubmittal 2 — 01 5000.02, etc. <br /> C. Maintain an accurate submittal log for the duration of the construction period, <br /> showing status of all submittals. Make the log available to the Project Manager <br /> upon request. , <br /> 1.4 COORDINATION OF SUBMITTALS I <br /> A. Prior to submittal for Project Manager's review, use all means necessary to fully <br /> coordinate all material, including the following: <br /> 1. Determine and verify all field dimensions and conditions. <br /> 2. Coordinate with all trades and all public agencies. <br /> 3. Secure for and pay all necessary approvals and permits from public <br /> agencies having jurisdiction. <br /> 4. Clearly indicate all deviations from the contract documents. <br /> B. Unless otherwise permitted by the Project Manager, make all submittals in groups 1 <br /> containing associated items. The Project Manager may reject partial submittals <br /> as not complying with the contract documents. <br /> 1.5 TIMING OF SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Within fifteen (15) calendar days from the notice to proceed, submit a Schedule <br /> Y <br /> of Submittals identifying the required submittals, anticipated submittal date of <br /> submittals, requested review schedule and submittals for which the review and <br /> approval is critical to the project schedule. <br /> B. Make all submittals far enough in advance of scheduled work to provide required <br /> time for reviews and delivery of materials. Allow thirty (30) days for the Project <br /> Manager's review following his/her receipt of the submittal. <br /> C.
