All flaggers and spotters shall possess a current flagging card issued by the <br /> State of Washington,Oregon,Montana,or Idaho.These classifications are only effective on or after August 31,2012. <br /> D. Industrial Painter wages are required for painting within industrial facilities such as treatment plants,pipelines, <br /> towers,dams,bridges,power generation facilities and manufacturing facilities such as chemical plants,etc.,or <br /> anywhere abrasive blasting is necessary to prepare surfaces,or hazardous materials encapsulation is required. <br /> E. Heavy Construction includes construction,repair,alteration or additions to the production,fabrication or <br /> manufacturing portions of industrial or manufacturing plants,hydroelectric or nuclear power plants and atomic <br /> reactor construction.Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows-Level A:$1.00, <br /> Level B:$0.75,Level C:$0.50,And Level D:$0.25. <br /> F.
