EXHIBIT B <br /> Support Terms <br /> Company will provide product assistance and technical support(e.g. explanation of data and visualization, <br /> corrections)to Customer via both telephone and electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through <br /> 6:00 pm Mountain Time,with the exclusion of Federal and State(Utah) Holidays("Support Hours"). Customer may <br /> contact the Company for product assistance or support by dialing 801-823-0083 or by emailing <br /> support@datafyhq.com. <br /> Whereas Customer has requested product customization, support will also include up to two rounds of revisions of <br /> the format and structure of the customized analysis and report.Additional modifications and customization <br /> requests will be billed separately at an hourly rate. <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br />
