<br /> concrete, paving ,asphali, slabs, sidewalks, drivee�ays, patios, pools, shrubbery, grass la��rns, fences, electrical
<br /> v�iring and t�xtures, painting, decorations, plastering, sheetrock, and other v�all coverings, glass, carpenlry, miliwork, i
<br /> ` cabinets, floors, carpeting, floor sur(aces and preparafion, roo(ing, flashing, sheet metal gutlers, downspouts,
<br /> brick, stoneaork, extension �valis, steel and other iramework. �,
<br /> 4. Damage caused to customer's plumbing system by sevrer and drain cleaning equipmenl e+hen such is caused by
<br /> pre-exislino deFects in such plumbing systems.

<br /> Cusromer accepts full responsibility for the prompt payment of all costs of this agreement even ihough customer
<br /> I may intend to obtain reimbursement from olhers such as landlords, tenants, insurance companies and brt �easors.

<br /> replacement, re-cleaning or refund of purchaser's money and does not exlend to property damage resulting trom
<br /> drains sJhich become clogged or obsirucied or from plumbing work which (ails during the agreed upon warranty

<br /> lo provide you �vith the original "lien release" documenls irom each supplier or subcontractor on your project. The r
<br /> contractor is required to provide you �vith furiher intormation about lien release documents if you request it.
