Exhibit A <br /> Amendment No.2—Additional Scope of Work <br /> The following items will be added to the work: <br /> Project Labor Agreement Analysis: <br /> Per the City of Everett- Resolution No. 7461 the Service Provider will provide an <br /> analysis regarding the use of a Project Labor Agreement(PLA), for this project,to allow <br /> City staff to brief City Council. <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager(GC/CM)—Alternative Project <br /> Delivery: <br /> The Service Provider will assist the City with the project application and presentation to <br /> the State of Washington Project Review Committee (PRC) as the City seeks approval <br /> from the State PRC for the GC/CM—Alternative Project Delivery. <br /> Schematic Design Revisions: <br /> The Service Provider shall revise the 7th Floor schematic design space summary and floor <br /> plan to accommodate a recent change in the organization of the Police unit that will be <br /> located on the 7th Floor. <br /> Police Relocation: <br /> To remodel the entire 7th Floor to accommodate both the Police and Prosecutor <br /> Departments, the Police units, which currently occupy the 7th Floor, will need to be <br /> relocated to another floor. The Service Provider will provide a floor plan layout to <br /> relocate the Police to another floor during a phase of construction. <br />
