Their findings <br /> indicate that ir,stalling a backwater valve on your property would be beneficial. Please review <br /> the enclosed report. <br /> Previousiy, you signed the Backwater Valve Authorization Form authorizing the City to install <br /> a backwater valve at your property. Based on the inspection report, we are proceeding with <br /> the installation. The Citv's oontracbor Archer Construction will be contacting vou in <br /> March to schedule the work. This wiil require some excavation on your property. <br /> The City will provide you on-site troining on the operation and maintenance of the backwater <br /> valve. Maintenance oF the valve and the plumbing, sewer, and drainage on your property are <br /> your responsibility. The inspection identified additional site drainage and "plumbing <br /> defic:encies in your private drainage and pl�mbing system. These include: <br /> . The side sewer has a sag. The sag should be replaced and check bali in floor drain 3' <br /> headed east leaving the house and 1'from the wall parallel to drein. <br /> These deficiencies are your responsibility to address, as you desire.
