March 30, 2022 <br /> Discussion followed with Public Works Director Ryan Sass responding to Council <br /> questions. Council Member Rhyne requested a list of projects included in the WFP <br /> Phase 2 Capital Upgrades. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COMMUNITY SOLAR PROPERTY LEASE <br /> President Stonecipher opened the public hearing regarding the Community Solar <br /> Property Lease with Snohomish County PUD. <br /> Suzy Oversvee from Snohomish County PUD, and Ryan Sass, Public Works <br /> Director gave a brief presentation on the project's roles, objectives, and <br /> outcomes; how the project can provide relief for individuals dependent on <br /> energy (PRIDE); and site considerations and details. <br /> There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Fosse, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION & PROPERTY LEASE—COMMUNITY SOLAR PROPERTY LEASE <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7759 and authorize the Mayor to sign the Community <br /> Solar Property Lease with Snohomish County PUD in the form substantially <br /> provided. <br /> Discussion followed among Council Members Fosse, Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, <br /> Schwab, Zarlingo and President Stonecipher. <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Fosse, to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7759 and authorize the Mayor to sign the Community <br /> 6 <br />
