March 30, 2022 <br /> CONTRACT AWARD—EVERGREEN PUMP STATION MODIFICATIONS PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to <br /> reject MSI claim of error, accept the MSI bid, and award the contract for the <br /> Evergreen Pump Station Modifications to MSI in the amount of $4,863,152.90, <br /> and, in the case of MST's failure to execute the contract as required, authorize <br /> the Mayor (1) to accept Alia bid and award contract to Alia in the amount of <br /> $5,480,782.29, and (2)to take all necessary steps to enforce MST's bid bond. <br /> Discussion followed among Council Members Fosse, Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, <br /> Schwab, Zarlingo and President Stonecipher. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION —2022 SURFACE WATER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Tuohy,to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 7758, approving the City of Everett 2022 Surface Water <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION —COUNCIL RULES & PROCEDURES <br /> This item was pulled from the agenda. <br /> Discussion followed among Council Members Fosse, Vogeli, Tuohy, Rhyne, <br /> Schwab, Zarlingo and President Stonecipher. <br /> President Stonecipher stated that the Resolution will be brought back for action <br /> at a future date. <br /> 8 <br />
