November 6, 2013 <br />Dear Sirs, <br />My name is Byron Bratt. I have had my art studio on the 2900 block of Hewitt for over <br />20 years. On August 29th, the sewer backed up and Aooded the downstairs room of 2911 <br />Hewitt, ruining some of my artwork.
