Their findings indicate that <br />installina a backwater valve on your property would be beneficial. Please review the enclosed report. <br />Previously, you siyned the Baclava[er Valve Aulhorizatlon Form auHiorizirg the City to install a <br />backwaler valce at your property. Based on the inspedion repor; we are proceeding with the <br />instal!ation. The CitV's contractor Archer Construction will be contactina vou in March to <br />schedule the work. This will require some excavation on your property. <br />The City �vill provide you on-site training on the operation and maintenance of the backwater valve. <br />��laintenance of the valve and the plum6ing, sewer, and drainagc on your property are your <br />responsibility. The inspection idenlified additional site drainage and plumbing deficiencies in your <br />prvate drainage and plumbing syslem. These indude: <br />• Re-route driveway drain to storm drain on south side of building, <br />• Hydro jet line to ciean cast iron build up in lhe internal plumbing. <br />• The other back�vater valve inslalled oft the rear of the building needs to be brought up to <br />code. <br />fhese deficiencies are your responsibility to address, as you desire.
