The budget for this PSA is $106,487 and will be charged to this fund. Project summary statement: This project will remove and replace aging traffic signal infrastructure to improve freight mobility and provide pedestrian signal enhancements at two signalized intersections along a critical freight corridor between the Port and 1-5. Qualified consultants were identified using the MRSC Consultant Roster. DKS Associates was evaluated and selected. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Consultant Agreement with DKS Associates, Inc. for the design of traffic signal improvement for the 41' St & Colby Ave and California St & W Marine View Dr intersections in the amount of $106,487.00.
