2022 <br /> Budget Adjustments <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> NGR-6 GenGov Special Projects Reapprop-Everett Forward Grants&Pallet Shelters 155R 1,370,819 1,370,819 <br /> In 2021,the City budgeted$1,000,000 for the Everett Forward Grant Program and$477,734 for the purchase of 40 additional pallet <br /> shelters out of ARPA funds. This reappropriation carries forward the balance of unspent Everett Forward Grants in the amount of <br /> $893,085 and the full$477,734 for pallet shelters. <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> NGR-7 GenGov Special Projects Reapprop-Grants for pallet shelter pilot project 155R 343,498 343,498 <br /> This reappropriation increases the General Government Special Projects budget by$343,498 for the Pallet Shelter Pilot program. The <br /> City was awarded a combined amount of$1,040,149 in 2021 from Snohomish County Human Services and the WA State Department <br /> of Commerce for the pallet shelter pilot project. $338,797 was spent in 2021 and$357,854 was included in the original 2022 budget. <br /> This reappropriation carries forward the unspent,unbudgeted amount of$343,498 for use in 2022. <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> NGR-8 Criminal Justice Reapprop-Marine vessel boathouse repairs 156R 74,964 74,964 <br /> This reappropriation carries forward$74,964 in Criminal Justice funds for necessary repair work to the Police boathouse,which is used <br /> to store several police boats and dive equipment. Repairs include replacing the corroded floats and yoke support systems. An <br /> additional$50,745 for these repairs is included in GGR-6. <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> NGR-9 CDBG Reapprop-CDBG Grant to YMCA 198R 9,328 9,328 <br /> The YMCA was awarded a CDBG grant for their Child Care Subsidy program in 2020. The grant was executed in February 2020,but the <br /> program was delayed due to COVID-19 impacts.
