American Concrete Institute (ACI), latest edition <br /> 1.04 EXAMINATION OF SITE CONDITIONS, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> REGULATIONS <br /> A. Bidders shall inspect the Site of the Work and carefully review the Contract <br /> Documents to satisfy themselves, by personal examination, physical testing, or <br /> by such other means as they may prefer, of the location of the proposed Work, <br /> the actual physical conditions of and at the Site, surface and subsurface <br /> conditions, and conditions ordinarily to be encountered and generally recognized <br /> as inherent in the Work.
