This section describes the methods of measurement, what Work is included <br /> Iunder each bid item, and incidental Work incidental. <br /> B. Washington State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, Latest <br /> I Edition, Section 1-09, Section 00 72 00 of the Project Specifications, and this <br /> Section provides the measurement and payment requirements. <br /> I1.02 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Informational Submittals: <br /> I1. Schedule of Values: Submit on Contractor's standard form. <br /> 2. Schedule of Estimated Progress Payments: <br /> Ia. Submit with initially acceptable Schedule of Values. <br /> b. Submit adjustments thereto with Application for Payment. <br /> I 3. Application for Payment. <br /> 4. Final Application for Payment. <br /> I1.03 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> A. Prepare a separate Schedule of Values for each schedule of the Work under the <br /> 1 Agreement. <br /> B. Upon request of Engineer, provide documentation to support the accuracy of the <br /> Schedule of Values. <br /> C. Lump Sum Work: <br /> I1. Reflect specified allowances and alternates, as applicable. <br /> 2. List bonds and insurance premiums, mobilization, demobilization, <br /> 1 <br /> preliminary and detailed progress schedule preparation, equipment <br /> testing, facility startup, and contract closeout separately. <br /> a. Mobilization includes, at minimum, items identified in Paragraph <br /> I 1.10 of this Section. <br /> b. Include item(s)for monthly progress schedule update. <br /> ID. An unbalanced or front-end loaded schedule will not be acceptable. <br /> E.
