All construction shall comply with the 2018 IRC as revised and adopted by the City of Everett, Washington State Energy Code, and <br />all applicable local codes, ordinances and standards. <br />2. The contractor shall maintain in good condition, one complete set of plans with all revisions, addenda, and change orders, on the <br />premises at all times. <br />3. All work shall be applied in accordance with manufacture's latest recommendation or written directions. <br />4. All dimensions are to face of stud or centerline of column, or face of concrete work unless otherwise noted. <br />5. When clear dimensions are noted (CLR) they refer to clearance from finished surfaces. <br />6. All entrance doors shall have a dead bolt with a minimum 1/2" penetration of the latch. <br />24. Post the street address numbers on the building so as to be visable to the public. An additional set of numbers shall be visable <br />from the street fronting the property. Numbers shall contrast with the background color scheme. <br />25. All fireplaces are to be provided with tight flue dampers with outside combustible air. <br />26. Electrical and mechanical systems and all plumbing systems shall be bidder design. <br />38. Shower heads shall have a maximum water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute. <br />39. Mechanical ventilation in all kitchens shall be by perscription using a minimum 100 efm fan vented to the outside. <br />40. Provide bathrooms with a mechanically operated exhaust system of 50-75 cfm. The fans should cycle on a 24 hour timer based <br />on 8 hours of occupancy out of 24.
