lor • • , 41 ORDINANCE NO. 3748 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 47 and 48 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3733 ENTITTED: An Ordinance establishing the election precincts for the City of Everett, defining the boundaries thereof, and repealing Ordinance No. 3706 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith. AND ADDING THERETO SECTIONS 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1: That Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3733 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : Section 47: Precinct No. 45 : Beginning at the inter- section of the North line of Sec. 6, Twp. 28 N, Rge. 5 E (52nd Str. ) and the center line of U S 99; thence east along the section line to the NE corner of Sec. 6, Twp. 28 N, Rge. 5 E; thence south along the center line of the Pacific Highway to an intersection with the center line of North Beverly Drive; thence west along the center line of North Beverly Drive to an intersection at the center line of Olympic Drive; thence southwesterly along Olympic Drive to an intersection with the center line of Madison Street (68th Str. ) ; thence west along the center line of Madison Street (6dth Str. ) to an intersection with the center line of U S 99; thence north along the center line of US 99 to the point of beginning, LESS the following: Begin at the northwest corner of Sec. 5, T 28 N, R 5 EWM; th easterly along the north line of said Sec. 5 for 30 ft. , m/1, to a point of intersection with the west line of Blk. 1, Laurel Heights, Snohomish County, Washing- ton produced northerly in its present platted direction which point is also on the east marginal line of Old Pacific Highway as now established, produced northerly; th southerly along said west line of Blk. 1, Laurel Heights produced northerly and the east marginal line of Old Pacific Highway to a point of intersection with the south line of Mountain View Add, produced easterly in its present platted direction according to the Plat thereof, records of Snohomish County, Washington; th westerly along said south line of Mountain View Add, and said south line pro- duced easterly to the southwest corner of said Mountain View Add. , which corner is a point on the north line of North Beverly Park Div.
