lt <br /> • <br /> 4 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3745 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 653 for <br /> the improvement of Wetmore Ave. from the north property line of <br /> 7th St. to the north property line of 6th St. by constructing <br /> a 21" asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 ft. in width, concrete <br /> curbs and gutters, portland cement concrete sidewalks on both <br /> sides of the street, providing for the necessary surface drain- <br /> age and doing all such other work as may be necessary in <br /> connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6126 <br /> of the City of Everett; all in accordance with Ordinance No. <br /> 3714 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the <br /> issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 653 for the improvement of: <br /> Wetmore Ave. from the north property line of <br /> 7th St. to the north property line of 6th St. <br /> by construction of a 21" asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 ft. in <br /> width, concrete curbs and gutters, portland cement concrete <br /> sidewalks on both sides of the street, providing for the <br /> necessary surface drainage and doing all such other work as may <br /> be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with <br /> Resolution No. 6126 of the City of Everett, all in accordance <br /> with Ordinance No. 3714 of the City of Everett, as the same now <br /> stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and <br /> confirmed. <br /> SECTION 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll, in the amount finally charged against <br /> the same. <br /> SECTION 3: That the day of / - /?,- , 1960, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required <br /> to be issued on account of such improvement. <br /> SECTION 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, cr any portion of such sum, <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of <br /> first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been <br /> placed in his hands for collection. <br /> SECTION 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> M 0 R <br /> Attest: <br /> (/ <br /> City geer <br /> Passed: DEC 2 2 1959 <br /> Published: <br /> DEC 2 4 1959 <br />
