s ORDINANCE NO. 3733 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT, DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF, AND REPEAL- ING ORDINANCE NO. 3706 AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1 : That Ordinance No. of the City of Everett be, and the same is hereby repealed.zQ6 SECTION 2: That the existing precincts of the City of Everett be, and the same are hereby altered, divided and the boundaries shall be as set forth in thefbllowing sections. SECTION 3: Precinct No. 1: Bounded on the north by 39th Street and 39th Street produced west to the west line of Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 5 E.W.M. ; on the west by the west line of Sections 30 and 31, Township 29 N, R 5 E.W.M. ; on the south by 47th Street and 47th Street produced west to the west line of Section 31; on the east by Grand Avenue. SECTION 4: Precinct No. 2: Bounded on the north by 34th Street and 34th Street produced west; on the east by Norton and Grand Avenues; on the south by 39th Street and 39th Street produced west from Grand Avenue to the west line of Section 30, Township 29 North, Range 5 E.W.M. ; thence north to a point 530 feet north of the southwest corner of Government Lot 3 in said Section 30; thence west to the City Limits; on the west by the City Limits. SECTION 5: Precinct No. 3: Bounded on the north by Wall Street extended west; on the east by Kromer Avenue; on the south by 34th Street extended; on the west by the City Limits.
