• y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3744 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 651 for <br /> the improvement of: <br /> WETMORE AVENUE from a point 200 ft. north of the <br /> north property line of 10th St. to the north <br /> property line of 7th St. <br /> by construction of a 22" asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 ft. <br /> wide, concrete curbs and gutters, portland cement concrete <br /> sidewalks, providing for the necessary surface drainage and <br /> doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection <br /> therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance <br /> with Resolution No. 6097 of the City of Everett, all in accord- <br /> ance with Ordinance No. 3704 of the City of Everett, levying <br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, <br /> tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said <br /> roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing <br /> the date of issue thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 651 for the improvement of: <br /> WETMORE AVENUE from a point 200 ft. north of <br /> the north property line of 10th St. to the <br /> north property line of 7th St. <br /> 1 by construction of a 2 " asphaltic concrete pavement, 36 ft. <br /> wide, concrete curbs and gutters, portland cement concrete <br /> sidewalks, providing for the necessary surface drainage and <br /> doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection <br /> therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance wit <br /> Resolution No. 6097 of the City of Everett, all in accordance <br /> with Ordinance No. 3704 of the City of Everett, as the same <br /> now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved <br /> and confirmed. <br /> SECTION 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the <br /> amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby <br /> levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of <br /> land, or other property appearing on said roll, in the amount <br /> finally charged against the same. <br /> SECTION 3: That the it, day of /-: , % , 1960, <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of such improvement. <br /> SECTION 4: That the sum charged against each lot, <br /> tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of <br /> such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following <br /> the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such <br /> assessment has been placed in his hands for collection. <br /> SECTION 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordin- <br /> ances of said City. <br /> Att st: A O R <br /> City le k <br /> Passed: DEC 2 2 1959 <br /> Published: DEC 2 4 1g59 <br />
