r 0 <br /> w , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3715 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Mpp of the City of <br /> Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of <br /> Everett entitled: <br /> An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of buildings and land within <br /> the City of Everett; limiting the heighth of <br /> buildings.; prescribing building lines and size <br /> of yard and other open spaces; providing for <br /> the division of the City into use zones; <br /> creating a board of adjustment; and providing <br /> for penalties for violation of the ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has <br /> determined that the changes hereinafter set forth are for the <br /> best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the <br /> comprehensive plan of land use for said City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are <br /> for the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony <br /> with the comprehensive plan of land use for the City. <br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572 as above out- <br /> lined, is hereby amended as follows : <br /> (1) That parcel of land containing three and <br /> one-half to four acres, more or less, being <br /> the SE corner of the S NEB, NWu of Sec. 171 <br /> T 29 N R 5 EWM; and that portion of the SEA. <br /> of the NW,-, lying between the south line of <br /> the SI NE* NWu of Sec. 17, and the north <br /> line of the property of Everett School <br /> District #2, except portion for street, be <br /> and it is hereby rezoned from R-4+ to B-2. <br /> (2) Lots 7 to 11, Blk. 608, Plat of Everett, <br /> be, and it is hereby rezoned from R-4 to <br /> B-2. <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the <br /> passage ofthis ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as <br /> hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be <br /> used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now <br /> established, all as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City <br /> of Everett. <br /> " A OR -<' <br /> Attest: <br /> v }(y/ <br /> ,City Clerk <br /> Passed: May 19, 1959 <br /> Published: 20, 1959 <br />
