<br /> SECTION 5: That all of the costs of the improvement in excess of
<br /> $121,375.35 shall be considered the reasonable cost of the Interceptor Sewer
<br /> from Hayes St. extended, northerly to llth 5t. and shall be paid for by the
<br /> City of Everett Sewer Revenue Fund.
<br /> The sum of $121,375.35 shall be borne by and assessed against the
<br /> property within the improvement district, of which 17.5183% of the cost and
<br /> expenses of the improvement shall be borne by and assessed against that
<br /> portion of the property within the enlarged district known as the Indirect
<br /> Benefit District, which Indirect benefit District is described as follows:
<br /> Lots 41 to 52, inc. Mount Baker View Addition to Everett
<br /> Lots 8 to 23, inc. Bridgeway, and the following described acreage:
<br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 7, Hridgeway, th
<br /> easterly along the section line between Sections 8 & 17, T 29N,
<br /> R 5 E.W.M. for 45. 0 ft. to the west property line of Walnut St., th
<br /> ! south along the west property line of Walnut St. for 642.33 ft.,
<br /> m/1, to an intersection with the east property line of Hawthorn St.,

<br /> The remaining costs and expenses of the improvement to be borne
<br /> by the property within the improvement district, being 84.4817% of $121,375.35
<br /> shall be borne by and assessed against the remaining portion of the property
<br /> within the enlarged district known as the Direct Benefit District and described
<br /> as all property between the termini of said improvement abutting upon, adjacent,
<br /> vicinal or rroximate to such portion of said improvement to a distance back
<br /> from the marginal line thereof as provided by law.
