. - . . 4. ORDINANCE NO. 3674 AN ORDINANCE fixing and establishing the grade on ELM STREET from the north line of View Ridge Addition to Everett, Div. No. 3, to the point of curvature of east and west curb returns adjacent to Wood Place in the City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined that public necessity demands that the grade of Elm Street from the north line of View Ridge Addition to Everett, Div. No. 3, to the point of curvature of east and west curb returns adjacent to Wood Place in the City of Everett be established. NOW, T1EREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the curb line grade for Elm Street from the north line of View Ridge Add. to Everett, Div. No. 3, to the point of curvature of east and west curb returns adjacent to Wood Place be established at the following elevations : Beginning at the north line of View Ridge Addition to Everett, Div.
