' AN ORDINANCE fixing and establishing the grade of the alley west of Wetmore Avenue from the north property line of 32nd St. to the south property line of Pacific Avenue in the City of Everett, being the alley in Block 737, Plat of Everett. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined that public necessity demands that the grade of the alley west of Wetmore Ave. from the north property line of 32nd St. to the south property line of Pacific Ave. be established, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property line grades for the said alley be established at the following elevations : Beginning at the north property line of 32nd St. which is designated as Sta. 0+00, thence north along said alley to the south property line of Pacific Avenue which is Station 3 f- 94.20.
