. a •-• a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3665 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett <br /> entitled: <br /> An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br /> location and use of buildings and land within <br /> the City of Everett; limiting the heighth of <br /> buildings; prescribing building lines and size <br /> of yard and other open spaces; providing for <br /> the division of the City into use zones; creat- <br /> ing a board of adjustment; and providing for <br /> penalties for violation of the ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has <br /> determined that the changes hereinafter set forth are for the <br /> best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the <br /> comprehensive plan of land use for said City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth are for <br /> the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the <br /> comprehensive plan of land use for the City. <br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as establish- <br /> ed by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572 as above outlined, is <br /> hereby amended as follows : <br /> (1) Lots 1 through 10, inclusive, Blk. 715, and all of <br /> Blk. 716, Everett Land Company' s First Addition, be <br /> and it is hereby rezoned from R-4 to B-3. <br /> (2) All the land in Radio Addition lying east of Waverly <br /> Avenue and west of State Highway #1 (U.S. Highway 99) <br /> not now zoned in B-2 wtth the exception of a strip <br /> 93.44 feet wide lying south of and adjacent to Lots <br /> 45 to 52, Legion Park Addition #2, be and it is here- <br /> by rezoned from R-1 to B-1. <br /> (3) West half of Blk. 713, Everett Land Company's First <br /> Addition, be, and it is hereby rezoned from R-4 to <br /> C-1. <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the <br /> passage of this ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as here- <br /> inabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in <br /> accordance with the zone in which the same is now established, <br /> all as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett. <br /> Attest: / <br /> ,y4t4./ 7:L/744,i--(irZe <br /> City Gle-r1/ <br /> Passed: MAR 1 8 468 <br /> 1 ePublished: MAR 1 :J 1958 <br /> ii <br />
