(d) WETMORE AVENUE from Hewitt Ave . to California St. WALL STREET from Hoyt Ave . to Colby Ave. By the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric Lighting System. Said System to include new metal poles on alternate existing concrete foundations, or equal, and underground wiring and including all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement. (d) CALIFORNIA STREET from Hoyt Ave . to Rockefeller Ave . on the north side only. By the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric Lighting System. Said System to include mounting lights on existing wood poles and overhead wiring, and in- cluding all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement. all in accordance with Resolution No. 5971 of the City of Everettj all in accordance with Ordinance No. , 3620 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3 : That the 1st day of March 4958. is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds re- quired to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
