Said System to include new metal <br /> poles on all existing concrete foundations and under- <br /> ground wiring and including all incidental material and <br /> work necessary for a complete improvement. <br /> (d) WETMORE AVENUE from Hewitt Ave . to California St. <br /> WALL STREET from Hoyt Ave . to Colby Ave. <br /> By the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric <br /> Lighting System. Said System to include new metal <br /> poles on alternate existing concrete foundations, or <br /> equal, and underground wiring and including all <br /> incidental material and work necessary for a complete <br /> improvement. <br /> (d) CALIFORNIA STREET from Hoyt Ave . to Rockefeller Ave . <br /> on the north side only. <br /> By the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric <br /> Lighting System. Said System to include mounting lights <br /> on existing wood poles and overhead wiring, and in- <br /> cluding all incidental material and work necessary for <br /> a complete improvement. <br /> all in accordance with Resolution No. 5971 of the City of Everettj <br /> all in accordance with Ordinance No. , 3620 of the City of <br /> Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in <br /> all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same . <br /> Section 3 : That the 1st day of March 4958. <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds re- <br /> quired to be issued on account of such improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, <br /> tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of <br /> such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the <br /> date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment <br /> has been placed in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5 : That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said City. <br /> • <br /> MAYOR <br /> Attest: <br /> ty C "— <br /> 4ii <br /> Passed: Dec. 24, 1957 <br /> Published: Dec. 26, 1957 <br />
