ORDINANCE NO. 3651 AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property to the City of Everett in compliance with Chapter 128 of the laws of the State of Washington, 1945. WHEREAS, a petition in writing signed by the owners of more than seventy-five percent (75%) in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxation of the property for which annexation was petitioned, which petition set forth a description of the property according to governmental legal sub- divisions and legal plats, and which petition was accompanied by a plat and drawing which outlined the boundaries of the property sought to be annexed, has been filed with the City Commissioners of Everett, a municipal corporation, and WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, did fix the 27th day of November, 1957, for hearing upon said petition and caused notice of hearing to be published in one issue of the Everett Daily Herald, a news- paper of general circulation in the city, and caused said notice also to be posted in three (3) places within the territory proposed for annexation, which notice as published and as posted specified the time and place of hearing and invited interested persons to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the annexation, and WHEREAS, following the hearing the Commissioners of Everett, a municipal corporation, have determined to annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set forth, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the property hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby annexed on the 1st day of 'e1i:azy , 1958 to Everett, a municipal corporation: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 4, Blk. 3 in Beverly Hills Div. No. 4, Snohomish County, Wash. ; th west along the south line of Lot 4 and the south line of Lot 4 produced westerly to an intersection with the west line of Fleming Street as now platted; th northerly along the west line of Fleming Street to the north line of Beverly Hills Div. No. 4, which line is also the southerly limits of the City of Everett; th west along said City limit line to an intersection with the west line of Lot J7, Plat of Fairview Heights Div, No. 2 produced northerly; th southerly along the west line of said Lot 37 and its production northerly for 273.77 ft. ; th angle right 52°32 ' 30" for 430 ft. , ml, to the center line of Pigeon Creek No. 1; th southeasterly along the center line of Pigeon. Creek No. 1 and the southwesterly boundaries of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Plat of Fairview Heights Div. No. 2 to an intersection with the westerly boundary of Monson Addition; th southerly along the westerly boundary of said Monson Addition to the southwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the south line of Lots 13 and 14 in Monson Add. to an intersection with the southerly production of the west line of Lot 12 in said Addition defined on the plat as a private road; th southerly along the west line of a private road for 55. 6 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 37, Blk. 7 in Beverly Hills Div.
