Section 10. The gross earnings and revenue of the System <br /> after meeting or making provision for the following payments : <br /> First, to the"Everett Water System Fund" created by Section <br /> 9 of Ordinance No . 1663 of the city in amounts each month suffi- <br /> cient to pay the normal costs of maintenance and operation of the <br /> System and the costs of all normal repairs and replacements to <br /> the System <br /> Second, to the "Everett Special Water Revenue Bond Redemption <br /> Fund No . 7" and the reserve account therein created by Sections <br /> 6 and 7 of Ordinance No . 3380 of the city in amounts each month <br /> sufficient to meet the requirements of said ordinance to pay and <br /> secure the payment of the principal of and interest on the Out- <br /> standing Prior Lien Revenue Bonds <br /> Third, to the Bond Redemption Fund and the Reserve Account <br /> created herein in amounts each month sufficient to meet the re- <br /> quirements of this ordinance to pay and secure the payment of <br /> the principal of and interest on the Bonds, and in amounts each <br /> month sufficient to meet the requirements of any or all other <br /> ordinances authorizing the issuance of Parity Revenue Bonds to <br /> pay and secure the payment of the principal of and interest on <br /> such Parity Revenue Bonds. All of the demand or minimum monthly <br /> charges to be paid to the city for water as hereinbefore de- <br /> scribed in Section 5 shall be paid directly upon the receipt <br /> thereof each month into the Bond Redemption Fund except for <br /> any part thereof which may be necessary to meet the payments <br /> described in "First" and "Second" above . <br /> Fourth, to any bond redemption fund or funds and reserve <br /> account or accounts which may later be created for the purpose <br /> of paying and securing the payment of the principal of and <br /> -11- <br />
