Section 2. That for the purpose of providing funds to ac-
<br /> quire, construct and install the additions and improvements to and
<br /> extensions of the System authorized in Ordinance No . 3631, the city
<br /> shall issue the Bonds .
<br /> The Bonds shall be dated October 1, 1957, shall be in de-
<br /> nominations of $1,000 each, and shall be numbered, mature in order
<br /> of their number, and bear interest as evidenced by coupons to be at-
<br /> tached thereto payable semiannually on the first days of April and
<br /> OctdDer of each year as follows:

<br /> Both principal of and interest on the Bonds shall be payable
<br /> in lawful money of the United States of America at the office of the
<br /> City Treasurer in Everett, Washington, or, at the option of the holder,
<br /> at the fiscal agency of the State of Washington in New York, New York,
<br /> and shall be obligations only of the special Bond Redemption Fund
<br /> hereinafter created.
