AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- ing described property in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: Waverly Ave. from Tower Street to the south line of Radio Add. to Everett more particularly des- cribed as follows : Begin at the SE corner of Lot 10, Radio Add. to Everett; thence N 1°13 '26" E along the east line of said Lot 10 for 4+8.77 ft. to the south line of Tower Street deeded to the City of Everett by Q.C.D. dated July 22, 1949 and recorded Aug. 2, 194+9 in the records of the Auditor of Snohomish Co. ; thence South 88°46134+" E for 60.00 ft. to a point on the west line of Lot 11, Radio Add. to Everett; thence S 1°13126" W along said west line of Lot 11 for 48.28 ft. to the SW corner of said Lot 11; thence N 89°14+'42" W 60.00 ft. to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- vate property abutting upon the portion of street and alley above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said described property, and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 31st day of July, 1957 at 10:00 o ' clock a.m. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing objections to the vacating of the herein described property were heard and discussed, and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described property, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the portion of street and alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Waverly Ave. from Tower Street to the south line of Radio Add. to Everett more particularly described as follows : Begin at the SE corner of Lot 10, Radio Add. to Everett; thence N 1°13 '26" E along the east line of said Lot 10 for 4+8.77 ft. to the south line of Tower Street deeded to the City of Everett by Q.C.D. dated July 22, 1949 and recorded Aug. 2, 1949 in the records of the Auditor of Snohomish Co. , thence south 88°46, 34" E for 60.00 ft. to a point on the west line of Lot 11, Radio Add. to Everett; thence S 1°13126" W along said west line of Lot 11 for 48.28 ft. to the SW corner of said Lot 11; thence N 89°14+' 42" W 60.00 ft. to the point of beginning.
