r L <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3625 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett en- <br /> titled: <br /> An Ordinance regulating and restricting the location <br /> and use of buildings and land within the City of <br /> Everett; limiting the heighth of buildings; pre- <br /> scribing building lines and size of yard and other <br /> open spaces; providing for the division of the City <br /> into use zones; creating a board of adjustment; and <br /> providing for penalties for violation of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the zone map of the City of Everett, also <br /> designated as the 11use map" of the City of Everett, as establish- <br /> ed by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572 as above outlined, is <br /> hereby amended by changing from Zone R-3 to Zone B-2 the follow- <br /> ing described property: <br /> All that portion of the NW* Sec. 17, T 29 N, R 5 <br /> EWM lying east of the east line of Zone B-2 as <br /> fixed by Ordinance No. 3572, east of Broadway and <br /> State Road No. 1, south of 10th St. produced east- <br /> erly in its present platted direction, north of 12th <br /> St. and west of the following described line : Begin <br /> at the intersection of the center line of 12th St. <br /> with the west line of the SE of NW,i—, of Sec. 17, T <br /> 29 N, R 5 EWM; thence easterly alg. the center line <br /> of 12th St. produced in its present platted direction <br /> from the Plat of Powers First Add. to Everett for <br /> 424.9 feet to the center line of Rainier Ave . (Road <br /> "A" as designated on the maps of Federal Public <br /> Housing Authority) ; thence angle left 95°21 '40" to a <br /> line tangent to a curve to the right; thence northerly <br /> along the arc of said curve to the right having a <br /> central angle of 10°43'20" and a radius of 150 ft. <br /> for 28.07 ft. ; thence east along a radial line for <br /> 20.00 ft. to the true point of beginning and the <br /> west boundary of a tract deeded to Everett School <br /> District No. 2 under Treasurer's Deed filed in <br /> Vol. 383 of Deeds, page 254, records of the Auditor <br /> of Snohomish Co. , Washington; thence northerly along <br /> the said west boundary of said tract for 471.0 feet; <br /> thence northeasterly„ along the arc of a curve to the <br /> right having a radius of 110.38 ft. ; thence N 89°50' <br /> E to a point of intersection with a line 550 ft. <br /> distant from and parallel to the east marginal line <br /> of State Road No. 1; thence Northeasterly along <br /> said line to a point of intersection with the <br /> center line of 10th St. produced easterly in its pre- <br /> sent platted direction from the Plat of Bailey's <br /> Fourth Add, to Everett and the end of this description. <br /> Section 2: That the official zone map shall, upon the pass- <br /> age of this ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk as hereinabove <br /> provided and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance <br /> with the zone in which the same is now established, all as pro- <br /> vided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett. <br /> 7CPI A Y 0 R <br /> Attest:? <br /> � Lt% <br /> CityClerk '/%� 7-3-57 <br /> passe _• 7 2 57 Published: <br />
